What is a Six Sigma Blackbelt?  A Blackbelt is a highly trained project manager who leads a team of employees through the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control) process.  The Blackbelt uses statistical analysis tools such as Minitab and SAS to analyze data to improve business and manufacturing processes.  The Blackbelt is also trained to use other quality process tools such as Stakeholder Analysis, Fishbone Diagrams, and Control Charts to implement changes. 

What's the most important part of the Blackbelt's job?  Finding The Money.  The Blackbelt  uses statistics to tie changes to dollar benefits, and then works with your companies finance professionals to validate the results.
