Michelle Yeosock Woodyear, founder and CEO, has over 18 years of industry and consulting experience. A Certified Six Sigma Blackbelt, Ms. Woodyear has helped large corporate clients save millions of dollars through statistical analysis of business processes. Ms. Woodyear also has extensive project management experience and has managed large-scale information systems projects at many Fortune 500 companies including Universal Studios, Applebee's, ConocoPhillips and PPG Industries. Ms. Woodyear 's marketing and public relations experience will work for you in to developing advertising, business expansion, and marketing plans.

Ms. Woodyear is an advisory board member for the Strategic Petroleum Reserve in New Orleans, LA and facilitator for the Lake Area Industry Alliance Community Advisory Panel and the Automotive Technician Workforce Coalition, both in Lake Charles, LA. She is a graduate of the SWLA Chamber Leadership Program and the Council for a Better Louisiana (CABL) Leadership Louisiana Program. She is active in the community and serves on the boards Episcopal Day School, Christmas in April, Salvation Army, and NAMI.
